This Disclaimer should be read together with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Website Use & Online Learning Terms.

2. About Our Content

Our courses are developed in consultation with support workers, clinicians and people with lived experience of psychosocial disability, including peer support workers. Their input helps make sure our content reflects real practice and the perspectives of the people it is designed to support.

Course content is general information only. It is not clinical, medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional about a particular person or situation.

Always use your own professional judgement and follow your organisation's policies, procedures and supervision arrangements.

3. Practice Standards and Regulation

Courses may refer to the NDIS Practice Standards, legislation, guidelines and recognised practice frameworks. These can change over time.

Check current requirements with the relevant authority, such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and with your employer. Completing a course does not mean that you or your organisation meets any regulatory requirement.

4. Accuracy

We take reasonable care to ensure content is accurate and current at the time of publication. However, we cannot guarantee that it is complete, error-free or current when you access it.

5. Certificates

A certificate of completion records that you have completed a course. It is not a formal qualification, licence or registration.

Our courses are not accredited training under the Australian Qualifications Framework unless we state otherwise for a particular course.

6. Sensitive Content

Some courses discuss mental health, psychosocial disability, trauma and related topics, which some people may find distressing. Please take a break whenever you need to.

If you need support, you can contact:

  • Lifeline: 13 11 14
  • Beyond Blue: 1300 22 4636
  • In an emergency, call 000

7. Case Studies and Examples

Scenarios, characters and examples used in our courses are fictional or de-identified. Any resemblance to real people is unintended.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

How we use AI in course development
Insynth uses AI tools to support course development, including drafting, editing, image generation, voiceover and video production. Qualified content authors review, edit and approve all AI-assisted content before it is published. AI-generated images, voices and characters are illustrative only and do not represent real people.

AI features within courses
Some courses may include AI-powered features, such as a learning assistant or automated feedback. These responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are general educational information only. They are not clinical or professional advice, and they do not replace course content, supervision or your organisation's policies. Check anything important against the course materials or with a qualified professional.

Your information
Do not enter personal, health or identifying information about yourself, participants, clients or colleagues into any AI feature. Insynth does not use learner inputs to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and handle your information.

Learner use of AI
Unless course instructions state otherwise, assessment responses must be your own work. You may use AI tools to help you understand content, but you must not submit AI-generated work as your own.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

Courses may link to external websites or resources. Insynth does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our courses come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Subject to those rights, Insynth is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on course content, including content generated by AI features.

11. Copyright

Course content is © Insynth Pty Ltd and its content partners. It is licensed for your personal learning use only. You may not copy, share, resell or reproduce it without our written permission.
