Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for courses, products and services purchased from Insynth Pty Ltd.

We aim to be fair and transparent while also recognising that our products are primarily digital learning products that may provide immediate access after purchase.

1. Our Details

Insynth Pty Ltd
ABN: 59 694 374 626
ACN: 694 374 626

Email: hello@insynth.com.au
Website: www.insynth.com.au

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a remedy if a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, including where it is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

3. Digital Course Access

Most Insynth courses and learning products are delivered digitally.

Once access to a course or digital product has been provided, refunds will generally not be available for change of mind, incorrect selection, or failure to complete the course.

4. Change of Mind

We do not generally provide refunds for change of mind after purchase.

This includes situations where:

  • You decide you no longer want to complete the course.
  • You purchased the wrong course by mistake.
  • You do not have enough time to complete the course.
  • You expected different content where the course description was accurate.

5. Refunds Before Course Access

If you request a refund before accessing the course or digital product, we may consider the request at our discretion.

Requests should be made as soon as possible after purchase.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course, please contact us so we can assist.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access or technical issues before considering a refund.

A refund may be considered if we are unable to provide access to the purchased course or product within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course or product more than once, please contact us.

Where we can verify a duplicate purchase, we may provide a refund for the duplicate transaction.

8. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid at the time of purchase.

If you purchase a course at full price and a discount or promotion becomes available later, we are not required to refund the difference.

9. Course Bundles

If you purchase a course bundle or package, refunds will generally apply to the bundle as a whole rather than individual courses within the bundle.

Where access has already been provided to one or more courses in a bundle, a refund may not be available unless required by law.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Course or product purchased
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests should be sent to:

hello@insynth.com.au

11. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment platform.

12. Contact Us
